Acquire the tattoo-removal journey platform.
FadeMyInk turns a phone photo into an objective fade measurement, fits a forecast to a person’s own results, and keeps a tamper-evident record of every session. It is built on an issued US patent, shipping on Android and the web, with an iOS build ready to resubmit.
Pre-revenue and pre-launch. Every claim on this page is stated at its actual stage — built, live, or not built — and the status table below is the whole inventory.

The opportunity
A course of treatment people abandon halfway.
Laser removal runs six to twelve sessions spaced six to eight weeks apart, over a year or more. Between any two visits the change is close to invisible, so people lose confidence and stop — which is the industry’s largest revenue leak and its worst patient outcome at the same time.
The measurement is the hard part. Fade has to survive a different room, a different phone and a different time of day, or the number is worthless. FadeMyInk anchors it to the bare skin in the same frame, which is what the patent covers.

Product demonstration. Not a patient record and not a clinical outcome.
Current status
Exactly what exists today.
Verified against the repository, the app stores and the live site. Nothing here is aspirational — where something is unfinished or unused, it says so.
Platforms
- Live
Web platform
fademyink.com — marketing site, plain-language education, an interactive removal estimator, a clinic directory and a clinic dashboard.
- Live
Android app
Published on Google Play as com.fademyink.app.
- Built, not released
iOS app
Built and running (v1.1.0). The 1.0 submission was rejected on quality grounds; the issues are fixed and it has not yet been resubmitted, so it is not on the App Store today.
- Built, not released
iPad
The same binary adapts to tablet layouts rather than stretching the phone UI.
Product
- Live
Accounts and authentication
Email link or password sign-in, sessions held in the device keychain.
- Live
Tattoo profiles
Skin type, ink type, colours, body site and cover-up history per tattoo.
- Live
Photo capture and storage
Guided capture with a baseline overlay; images analysed on device and stored per-user.
- Live
Objective fade measurement
Pigment measured inside the treatment boundary against a skin reference fitted from clear skin around it, so the reading survives a change of room or lighting.
- Live
Session forecast
A Kirby-Desai starting estimate plus a fade curve fitted to the user’s own results, with a confidence score.
- Live
Predictive simulation
The latest photo projected forward, showing the expected appearance after further sessions. Labelled a projection throughout.
- Live
Before / after comparison
Draggable comparison and a branded export.
- Live
Session ledger
Each session sealed into a SHA-256 hash chain; alteration is detectable and surfaced in the app.
- Live
Reminders
Local notifications for the next session, with a configurable interval.
- Needs configuration
Account and data deletion
In-app deletion of the account, photos and history. The endpoint requires a service-role key in the hosting environment.
- Built, not released
Clinic dashboard
Web dashboard for per-patient records. Built; no clinic is using it.
- Built, not released
Clinic directory
Directory and listing-request flow are built. There are no verified clinics listed.
Commercial
- Built, not released
Consumer subscription
Apple/Google in-app purchase via RevenueCat. Monthly $9.99, yearly $59.99; free tier tracks one tattoo.
- Built, not released
Clinic subscription
Stripe payment link at $199.99/month per location.
- Not built
Revenue
Pre-revenue. No paying consumers, no paying clinics.
- Not built
Users
No meaningful user base. Treat the platform as pre-launch.

Where it could go
Consumer app today. Infrastructure for the category, potentially.
These are directions the architecture supports, not features that exist. None of them is built, and none should be priced as though it were.
Provider tooling
Clinic-side management of a patient’s course of treatment, building on the existing dashboard.
Scheduling
Appointment booking against the forecast the app already produces.
White label
Licensing the measurement to laser manufacturers or removal chains under their own brand.
Referral network
Connecting people mid-course to clinics — the directory scaffolding exists but has no listings.
Outcomes dataset
Aggregate, consented measurements as a defensible data asset over time.
Adjacent pigment work
The same method applies to scar, birthmark and pigmentation tracking; the patent is written to cover them.
Fit
Who this is worth more to than to us.
Tattoo-removal chains
A digital patient experience and a retention tool for a course of treatment that people routinely abandon halfway.
Aesthetic and dermatology clinics
Documented progress and an auditable session record alongside existing treatment lines.
Laser manufacturers
A consumer software layer around the devices, and a measurement standard tied to an issued patent.
Beauty and consumer-health apps
An adjacent treatment journey with a natural multi-session cadence.
Tattoo platforms
An extension from tattoo creation into removal and cover-up preparation.
Strategic investors
An issued patent with a working implementation, rather than a filing with a deck.
Listed as categories of strategic fit. No approach from, or interest by, any named company is implied.
Diligence
Available to qualified parties.
